When someone calls 9-1-1, they're puzzle is torn apart whether it be someone breaking in their house, their home on fire, or grandpa having a heart attack. People dial 9-1-1 and allow a group of strangers to come into their most private lives and put the broken pieces of the puzzle back together. That is an awesome responsibility to take on and you have to do your job well to accept that responsibility. It begins today.
