* Be able to consider options to change sources of difficulty,
* Be able to respond to specific student complaints.

Topic Highlights
We all have our favorite students...the ones who know it all, but who don't test well, the student who "deserves" to pass because of their other commitments, and so forth. This class will take the educator through the process of creating class rules that help prevent the troublesome student from creating a troublesome classroom.
