This session will cover steps organizations can take to transition their student to an active participant on your EMS team. The principles can be applied to EMS, fire, or even police students, but will help your field training officers make the most of evaluation time for your rookie paramedic.
Audience/Track
This class is operational in nature and open to any EMS provider or educator but will have primary value to EMS Officers, Training Officers, and Field Preceptors. |
